All of our products ship directly from our warehouse in Komoka Ontario Canada.
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will be emailed your tracking number(if choose traceable shipping methods) . This tracking number lets you know where your parcel is and when it should arrive to you. Should there be any issues/questions with delivery, you must contact your chosen courier to resolve these issues.
LUNAR HOT SAUCE is not responsible for lost packages using shipping options without a tracking feature (i.e. Canada Post Regular Mail, Small Packet USA Air or to International).
We offer FREE shipping for order over $50 in Canada.
All international orders shipping costs will be calculated by the shipping agency in regard to Canadian policies. In the event that shipping costs were miscalculated (it's rare, but this can sometimes happen with larger boxes), we reserve the right to adjust the shipping to reflect the true cost. In this case, we will contact you with the correct shipping charges to collect the remainder amount due.
LUNAR HOT SAUCE Co. does not add on or charge shipping or handling fees.
Shipping estimates are from the day of shipping and not from the day of order confirmation. Delivery times are only estimates in business days and do not take into consideration delays due to weekends, holidays, customs clearance etc. Delivery standards are for items sent between most major urban centres. Addresses in remote areas will require additional delivery time. We do our best to help your items get to you in time however, we are not responsible for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame.
Some countries may charge import duties or other fees. LUNAR HOT SAUCE is not responsible for any additional government taxes, customs, or duty charges, and any such costs will be incurred by the order's recipient.
Failed Shipment due to incorrectly entered address from customers
Orders are sent to the exact address as given to us for shipping by the customer. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to an incorrectly entered address. Please ensure all shipping addresses are correct prior to order confirmation.
We take extra care in packing your order safely so that items have little chance of leaking or breaking during transit. However, in every case, if you do receive an item that has leaked or is damaged/broken, we require that you notify us of this within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.
