This is a MILD hot sauce for people who like a little bit of kick but do not prefer to have their mouth on fire. Even though it is on the mild side, it is still packed with great flavor and a little bit heat that comes after. We only use Ontario Local grown Scotch Bonnet peppers and it's fermented at least 8 weeks before being cooked.
We also use fresh mango and goji berry to give it a fruity tart flavor which also gives it a great natural color.
It is perfect for eggs, sandwiches, soups, pizza, pasta, wings, nacho chips and much more.

More than just heat

I love that these sauces bring the heat but also lots of other flavour so it adds to the food, it isn't all just heat!
